PAYMENT OPTIONS

After your registration, 70% is due to secure your place. The balance is due 14 days before the start of the Surf Pilates Adventure camp or Pilates Wellness retreat. If a discount is claimed, the full invoice amount must be paid in order for the discount to be taken into account. Payment of 100% of the total amount is required to secure the reservation.
The following payment options are possible: by credit card, wise or paypal (additional costs/fees for currency conversions are to be expected with paypal).

FLIGHTS

Flights and airport transfers are not included in the Surf Pilates Adventure camp or Pilates Wellness retreat package price, but airport transfers can be booked in addition to the package price for a small surcharge. Liability and insurance in case of rebooking or cancellation are in any case the responsibility of the participant. We exclude any liability for flights. Please check with the airline for change and cancellation policies.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

You must bring a valid passport for entry and exit. Please check with the country of your destination for validity beyond the return date and if a visa is required for multiple countries. Please also check with the embassy of the country you will be traveling to for further details in your country.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel up to 31 days before the start of the Surf Pilates Adventure camp or Pilates Wellness retreat, you can either transfer 100% of the amount already paid to another Surf Pilates Adventure camp or Pilates Wellness retreat organized by us OR you will receive a full refund minus a processing fee of 3.5%. Cancellation 15 – 30 days before the start of the Surf Pilates Adventure camp or Pilates Wellness retreat: a cancellation fee of 50% of the total Surf Pilates Adventure camp package price or Pilates Wellness retreat package price is due. Cancellation 14 days or less before the start of the Surf Pilates Adventure camp or Pilates Wellness retreat: a cancellation fee of 100% of the total Surf Pilates Adventure camp package price or Pilates Wellness retreat package price will be charged. There will be no refund in case of late arrival or early departure. If we as the organizer have to cancel the Surf Pilates Adventure camp or Pilates Wellness retreat due to unforeseen events, you will receive a full refund of the amount already paid.

In the event of cancellation by the surf client of a surf Pilates training or adventure on site during the entire surf Pilates adventure camp or by the Pilates wellness client on site during the entire Pilates wellness retreat or adventure, no refund will be made (no exceptions).

EXCEPTIONS

There are no exceptions to our cancellation policy, including weather, personal emergencies, flight cancellations or delays. We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance.

A minimum number of 5 people is required for the Surf Pilates Adventure camp or Pilates Wellness retreat. private coaching retreat can be booked. It can be booked individually as a private coaching camp or retreat according to the client’s wishes and needs, with the price adjusted accordingly. The Surf Pilates Adventure camps or Pilates Wellness retreats will be confirmed 14-30 days before the start and all participants will be notified by e-mail. If the Surf Pilates Adventure camps or Pilates Wellness retreats take place, all participants will be informed of the final details by e-mail or Whatsapp message 2-7 days before the start.

We recommend that you wait until the Surf Pilates Adventure camp or Pilates Wellness retreat has been confirmed before booking your flight in order to avoid unnecessary costs (airline cancellation fees).

COVID

If the government of your destination country decides to impose COVID regulations that make the Surf Pilates Adventure camp or Pilates Wellness retreat impossible (e.g. lockdown, limited number of people, closed beaches), as well as in the event that you are unable to travel due to COVID disease, your country’s regulations or non-compliance with your destination country’s entry requirements, we cannot accept any liability and our usual cancellation policy will apply. We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance.

DISCLAIMER FORM

As soon as you have reserved and booked your place (you will receive a definitive confirmation of payment of the total amount paid by you by e-mail), we will send you a form for the exclusion of liability in case of illness/accident, as surfing is a risky sport. The form must be duly filled in and signed at the latest upon your arrival. Participants who do not hand in the duly completed and signed form will not be able to participate in the Surf Pilates Adventure camp. In this case, the above cancellation conditions apply.

As soon as you have reserved and booked your place (you will receive a definitive confirmation of payment of the total amount paid from us by e-mail), you will receive a welcome e-mail with all the information about the Surf Pilates Adventure camp or Pilates Wellness retreat and other useful information.
