- Everyone can decide for himself/herself what he/she would like to have for dinner. We have a large, well-equipped kitchen. We can also cook all together and discuss together on arrival how, what. For variety we will also eat in restaurants (very cheap, a good menu already from 15 euro)
- Car rental (if you want to rent a car alone or with other participants, we can organize this for you (daily price between 25-35 Euro)

WE TRAIN PILATES DAILY IN THE GROUP TO GIVE OUR BODY THE MOVEMENT IT NEEDS FROM SITTING FOR HOURS AND PREVENT INJURIES with valuable muscle building and back training.
DAILY PILATES GROUP TRAINING AND PERSONAL COACHING with Myriam
In the group we will start the day with super Pilates workouts every day and awaken our deep muscles during a lovely sunrise and/or end the day relaxed, after an intense workday with super Pilates stretch workouts during a magical sunset.

Air and water temperature
The climate in Tenerife is always tropical. Summer lasts from April to September and it is warm, humid and dry. It is windy all year round. The water temperature in Tenerife is pleasantly warm all year round. In August, the air temperature is between 25-29 C° (south), 22-26 C° (north) . However, with today’s climate change, temperatures have increased slightly.

You fly to Tenerife North or South (TFS) airport . The resort is located in the stunning north of Tenerife, 35 minutes drive from both airports to the accommodation and only a few minutes drive from the best adventure spots and pure nature.
The island ensures a first-class, exclusive experience for everyone. The evergreen island wonderland in the north is for all nature, outdoor and culture lovers and also boasts a long list of remarkable outdoor and water activities, as well as culturally there is so much to discover, it remains exciting all around.
