COVID Information
agreed with Perfect Wave Travel (Perfect Travel Group) and Letitflow Pilates (LIFP)
By making a booking through Letitflow Pilates and Perfect Wave Travel (Perfect Travel Group), you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to the following terms and conditions.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Full payment is required as follows: after filling out the booking form, the total amount must be paid within 24 hours.
Letitflow Pilates is not responsible for tracking late payments. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay the total amount in time within 24 hours after filling out the booking form.
If payment is not received by the due date, your reservation may be cancelled.
Payments are to be made in CHF or EUR currency via Wise, PayPal, credit card or bank transfer.
FLIGHTS
Flights are not included in the Surf package price. Airport transfers by speedboat to the resort and back to the airport are included in the Surf package. Liability and insurance in case of rebooking or cancellation are in any case the responsibility of the participant. We exclude any liability for flights. Please check with the airline for change and cancellation policies.
Reporting: booking number, arrival and departure date and time
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
You must bring a valid passport for entry and exit. Please check with the country of your destination for validity beyond the return date and if a visa is required for multiple countries. Please also check with the embassy of the country you will be traveling to for further details in your country.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Throughout the season, within 60 days before arrival, 100% cancellation is possible. Cancellations of confirmed bookings are subject to a cancellation fee of CHF / EUR 500 per person.
In case of cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total amount will be due and no refund will be guaranteed.
In case of cancellation within 60 days prior to arrival, you can either transfer 100% of the amount already paid to another Surf and Pilates Training retreat organized by us and any difference will be refunded or charged additionally OR you will receive a full refund minus a cancellation fee of CHF / EUR 500 per person.
The resort (Kandooma resort) automatically charges the full length of stay in case of no-show. There will be no refund in case of late arrival or early departure. If we, as the organizer, have to cancel the retreat due to unforeseen events, you will receive a full refund of the amount already paid (excluding flight and insurance costs).
The Pilates Coach may be interchanged with the Yoga Coach for organizational reasons.
EXCEPTIONS
There are no exceptions to our cancellation policy, including weather, personal emergencies, COVID, flight cancellations or delays. We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance.
COVID
If the government of your destination country decides to impose COVID regulations that make the retreat impossible (e.g. lockdown, limited number of people, closed beaches), as well as in the event that you are unable to arrive due to COVID illness, your country’s regulations, or failure to comply with your destination country’s entry requirements, we cannot accept liability and our standard cancellation policies apply. We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance.
DISCLAIMER FORM
Once you reserve your spot, we will send you an illness/accident disclaimer form, as surfing is a high-risk sport. The form must be duly filled in and signed at the latest upon your arrival. Participants who do not turn in the properly completed and signed form will not be allowed to participate in the retreat. In this case, the above cancellation conditions apply.
RETREAT INFORMATION
Once you have reserved your spot (payment received by LIFP), you will receive a welcome email with all the information about the retreat, including a packing list and other useful information.
